Hi! I am Claire, and I run www.raisingsugarfreekids.com. I first gave up sugar through the I Quit Sugar 8-Week Program back in January 2014, and I haven't looked back since. Since the detox, I have had a second child and have been trying to figure out how to keep my children from excess sugar consumption. I love research, but even I found it frustrating to sift through the tonne of information out there and read through scientific study after study trying to get some answers for busy parents trying to live a low sugar life as a family. Raising Sugar Free Kids was my solution to the problem. I have tried to gather information, tips & tricks, advice and my own recipes to help busy families to reduce their sugar intake or remain sugar free/low sugar as easily as possible.
